FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for operational recovery of shoulder joint functions. Endoprosthesis of shoulder joint contains leg, which has distal part and proximal part, provided with neck. On neck, fixed is head, hingedly connected with insert, located in cup. Insert is fixed in cup by means of placed in it circular latch, which is made with projection on internal lateral surface for holding insert and is provided with split ring for holding latch in cup. On external lateral surface of latch and internal surface of cup at the same level made are ring grooves, in which said split stop ring is placed.EFFECT: invention ensures increase of reliability of initial leg fixation and fixation of insert in cup, increase of volume of movement in shoulder joint and term of endoprosthesis service.8 cl, 9 dwg |
