A COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING RICE STEM CELL EXTRACT FOR AN ANTI-AGING ACTIVITY

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing rice plant stem cell extract is provided to proliferate epidermis and dermis of skin and to enhance skin elasticity and anti-wrinkling effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains rice plant stem cell extract as an active ingredient. The rice plant stem cells are undifferentiated cells derived from Oryza sativa L. leaves, stems, seeds, and roots. The rice plant stem cells are prepared using Oryza sativa L.-derived callus(deposit number KCTC 11760BP). The extract is prepared from rice plant stem cells using phosphate buffer solution, water, ethanol, or a mixture thereof.
