PURPOSE: An oil cooler system is provided to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle by rapidly increasing the temperature of engine oil and decreasing friction. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler system comprises a bypass pipe(10), a passage switching device(20), and an electronic control unit(6). The engine oil discharged from an oil filter(2) does not pass through an oil cooler(3), but is directly supplied to a main gallery(4) by bypassing through a bypass pipe. The passage switching device supplies the engine oil to the bypass pipe or the oil cooler. The electronic control unit controls the passage switching device.
