<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a reflective polarizer is provided to improve polarization degree and transmittance, and easily manufacture large area reflective polarizers at low cost. CONSTITUTION: Block copolymer with a first block(A) and a second block(B) combined is spread on a supporting plate(110). One directional shearing force is applied to the block copolymer to set the alignment direction of the first and the second blocks. Heat treatment is applied to the aligned block copolymer to divide and realign the first and the second blocks with lamellae structure. The first or the second block is etched to form a pattern. Metal film(130) is formed on the patterned block copolymer.</p> |
