ROAD PAVING METHOD USING POLYURETHAN CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A road paving method using polyurethane concrete is provided to have a base surface coated with a primer and to install an upper part thereof with polyurethane concrete. CONSTITUTION: A road paving method using polyurethane concrete comprises the following steps: removing excessive moisture and foreign material existing on the surface of a base surface; coating the surface of the base surface with a primer and forming a primer layer(10); mixing and agitating uniformly sized particle aggregate and polyurethane binder and manufacturing mortar; installing the mortar on the upper surface of the primer layer and forming a first pavement layer(20); coating the surface of a grid(30) to be positioned at the first installing layer; installing the mortar on the upper surface of the grid to form a second pavement layer(40); and curing the mortar for a predetermined length of time.
