PURPOSE: An apparatus, a system, and a method for collecting the driving information of a vehicle are provided to determine the starting of an engine by detecting the change of voltage with not a hardware mode but a software mode. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting the driving information of a vehicle(200) comprises a display part(240), a first control part(210), a power supply part(220), and a second control part(230). The display part displays the driving information of a vehicle. The first control part receives distal signals on the driving information to determine whether or not an engine starts based on the received digital signals. The power supply part converts vehicle power to device power to be supplied to the apparatus for collecting the driving information of the vehicle. The second control part receives the digital signals from an OBD-II module to operate the apparatus for collecting the driving information of the vehicle based on the received digital signals.
