PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a penetration ratio of a specimen using carbon dioxide are provided to simulate and measure the penetration ratio of the carbon dioxide of cement as a sealant lasting for a long term and to measure an absolute penetration ratio or a relative penetration ratio of the carbon dioxide lasting for the long term. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a penetration ratio of a specimen using carbon dioxide comprises a specimen(110), a sleeve, a cell(100), an oven(120), a fluid pump, a pump, a first pressure meter(160), a second pressure meter(170), a pressurizing bolt, a valve, a fluid collecting unit(195), an electronic balance, and a flowmeter(200). The sleeve surrounds the specimen. The specimen surrounded by the sleeve is inserted into the cell and a space in which a fluid is injected is formed in an outer side of the sleeve. The cell is embedded in the oven. The fluid pump provides the fluid to the cell. The pump provides carbon dioxide to the specimen in the cell. The first pressure meter measures pressure of the inside of the cell in an upstream of the cell. The second pressure meter measures the pressure of the inside of the cell in a downstream of the cell. The pressurizing bolt pressurizes the specimen embedded in the sleeve, thereby fixing the same. The valve measures the pressure of the carbon dioxide penetrated through the cell, thereby controlling the movement of the carbon dioxide. The fluid collecting unit collects the carbon dioxide or the fluid from the valve. The electronic balance measures the weight of the carbon dioxide or the fluid collected in the fluid collecting unit. The flowmeter measures a flow rate of the carbon dioxide discharged from the fluid collecting unit.
