<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control panel and an electric appliance having the control panel, which easily displays an operation screen used for inputting operation instructions without pre-registration. <P>SOLUTION: The control panel 13 provided at an image processing device 1 includes an operating part 13a which is an input part used for inputting operation instructions; a display part 13b displaying the operation screen; a control part 13c displaying different operation screens on the display part 13b at every input of operation instructions; and a storage part 13d storing the operation screens to which the operation instructions are input. When call operation is performed from the operating part 13a, the control part 13c calls the operation screen related to the displayed operation screen from the storage part 13d and displays the operation screen on the display part 13b.
