PURPOSE: A coating device and a coating solution composition are provided to rotation spray a coating bath or a spray nozzle to automatically coat a plurality of steel reinforcement frames. CONSTITUTION: A coating device of concrete block steel reinforcement comprises a coating part(10), a main body part(20), and a coating tool(30). The coating part includes a coating tank(11) and an opening and shutting plate(12). The coating bath accommodates a plurality of steel reinforcement frames(1). The opening and closing plate shuts the coating bath tightly from the outside. The main body part includes a motor(21) and a cover plate(22). The motor gives rotary power on the coating unit. The coating unit is shut the cover plate tightly from the outside.
