摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lanthanum doped cuo-zno-al2o3 composite oxide and a lanthanum doped cuo-zno-al2o3 composite oxide are provided to reduce processing cost by performing the process at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of lanthanum doped cuo-zno-al2o3 composite oxide comprises the following steps: hydrolyzing by dissolving aluminum isopropoxide into distilled water(s1); agitating copper nitrate(II) hydrate, zinc nitrate(II) hexahydrate and lanthanum nitrate(III) hexahydrate with the solution from the previous step(s2); and adding sorbitan monooleate which is surfactant to the solution of the previous step(s4). A manufacturing method of the composite oxide additionally includes the following step: reacting by adding acid catalyst after the second step. The sorbitan monooleate is added in dissolved form in isopropanol. The manufacturing method of the composite oxide additionally includes the following steps: performing peptization after the third step; making the solution which goes through peptization into sol; drying and pulverizing the sol sate solution; and heat treating the pulverized gel powder.
