BEAD FILLER WINDING APPARATUS AND WIND PROCESS OF TIRE FOR TRUCK AND BUS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of bead filler of truck and bus radial tire capable of manufacturing bead fillers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance uniformity of tire by removing work deviation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of bead filler of truck and bus radial tire attaches filler rubber composed of two compounds around beads(2) settled on a fixing jig(1). The bead is supported by a bead supporter(7) of the fixing jig. The fixing jigs are connected by using a fastening rod at the leading end of robot arms and move forward and backward, left and right and rotate. A hard filler rubber from a first extruder (8a) is primary bonded to the settled beads by a press roller(9). A soft filler rubber from a second extruder(8b) is bonded to the hard filler rubber which is primarily attached.
