<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure of a building solving a problem of a cold bridge with an excellent finished state having little warping and bending and no cracking. <P>SOLUTION: The ceiling structure 10 of the building is formed by fixing wood blocks 13, 13 to the ends of C-shaped steel 12, fixing wood rails 14, 15 along the longitudinal direction of the C-shaped steel 12 to form a ceiling joist 11, fixing the ceiling joist 11 to girder ceiling beams 4, 4 which are structures, through the wood blocks 13, 13, and fixing a gypsum board 18 which is a ceiling plate, and a ceiling working plate 19 to the ceiling joist 11.
