<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a purified plant essence hardly causing precipitation with time under storage after the addition even when a large amount thereof is added to a beverage such as a functional beverage by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the purified plant extract includes extracting a concentrate of the plant extract under an acidic condition with an aqueous ethanol solution or ethanol, concentrating the obtained extracted liquid, diluting the concentrated liquid by adding water thereto, and filtering or centrifugally separating the diluted liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
