<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion film having satisfactory diffusion properties and exhibiting sufficient resistance to all use environments even without using a generally used diffusing agent, and particularly useful as a light diffusion member in a lighting device and a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film is formed on at least either surface of a transparent base material to obtain a layered product, the layered product is shrunk to at least one axis direction in the plane, and the thin film is folded to obtain the light diffusion film comprising a film having a plurality of ridge-like convex lens parts on at least either surface, wherein the curvatures of at least a pair of the adjoining ridge-like convex lens parts are different from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
