CAPACITIVE TYPE TOUCH PANEL

PURPOSE: A capacitive type touch panel forming a uniform mesh structure is provided to have an identical optical characteristic in an overlapping area of a sensing electrode and a driving electrode as in a non-overlapping area, thereby improving overall visibility of a uniform mesh structure. CONSTITUTION: A sensing electrode(120) having a mesh structure is formed on a surface of a first transparent substrate and includes two times wider openings surrounded by patterned lines. The openings are formed on a surface of a second transparent substrate which faces the surface of the first transparent substrate. Remaining areas, corresponding to the sensing electrode, include two times wider openings surrounded by the patterned lines. The sensing electrode and a driving electrode(220) are crossed for an opening center of the mesh structure in the sensing electrode to be placed at the patterned lines of the mesh structure in the driving electrode.
