The finishing element (10) has a frame trim (6) mounted on a frame (12) of a door (4), where the finishing element is formed by dual-injection process and receives a polymethylmethacrylate cover and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene body. A window (46) is placed on the frame of the door. A gusset (8) e.g. triangular gusset, and the frame trim are formed in one piece. The frame trim comprises fastening lugs extended along the frame trim to receive a rib of the door frame on which the frame trim is intended to be mounted. An independent claim is also included for an opening frame such as rear door, of a motor vehicle. |
