PURPOSE: A foot hold for offshore structures is provided to ensure stable offshore works by semi-permanently maintaining the combined state of a pipe and the foot hold. CONSTITUTION: A foot hold for offshore structures includes a body part(1) and a rack part(2). Protruded parts(11) and grooves(12) are alternately formed on the body part. A plurality of non-slip protrusions(13) are arranged on the protruded parts. Other water draining grooves are formed at the rack part. A plurality of pipe fixing holes(15) is formed at the protruded parts and the grooves water draining holes are formed at the protruded parts and the grooves. The non-slip protrusions are in the shape of X-character.
