REDUCING IRONSALT PROCESSING METHOD OF DYEING WASTEWATER AND RECYCLE METHOD OF USED IRONSALT

PURPOSE: A reducing method of iron salt in dyeing wastewater and a regenerating method of used iron salt are provided to convert the reaction mechanism of dyeing wastewater and iron salt from oxidation to reduction. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating dyeing wastewater(A) includes a flow controlling unit(100), an iron salt reducing unit(200), an iron salt regenerating unit(300), an organic material treatment unit(400), and a draining unit(500). The iron salt reducing unit generates strong alkali atmosphere of pH 9.5-10.5 by introducing caustic soda into dyeing wastewater and reacts non-degradable pollutants in the dyeing wastewater with iron salt by introducing the iron salt. Solid floc is obtained and is coagulated and precipitated in a first coagulation and precipitation bath(250) to be removed.
