PURPOSE: An oil cooler for vehicles is provided with improved durability by being integrally fused with the outer side as a clad layer is formed on the connection part of an in-outlet pipe. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler for vehicles comprises a cylinder-shaped inner pipe(20), a cylindrical outer side(10), and in-outlet pipes(50). The outer side encloses the outer surface of an inner pipe with maintaining a constant interval. Oil flows or discharges through a discharge hole(14) and inflow hole(12). Both end parts of the outer side are connected to the both ends of the inner pipe, and sealed. The in-outlet pipes are linked to the inlet and outlet holes. Weld portions(60) with semi-circular sections are formed under the in-outlet pipes. The weld portions wrap a part of an outer pipe.
