<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit device capable of suppressing variation of weld strength, and to provide a motor device equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting terminal 22 extended from a circuit board 36 is bent at a connecting terminal bending portion 22A, and extended upward together with a lead terminal 18 extended from a control IC 44. The end part of the connecting terminal 22 and the end part of the lead terminal 18 are bonded at a welding point 16 by electric welding. Since the connecting terminal 22 is bent to part from the lead terminal 18 at a bent point 22B, a current can be prevented from branching at a portion other than the welding point 16 during electric welding, to suppress variation of weld strength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
