PURPOSE: A device for operating an optical connector is provided to facilitate construction of optical communication. CONSTITUTION: A height variation type matching member operating unit(400) arranges main lines of an optical cable assembled with a ferrule and operates a main line matching member. The height variation type matching member operating unit comprises a height variation type rail unit(410) and a rail seating type manipulating unit(430). The rail seating type manipulating unit is provided on a matching member. The rail seating type manipulating unit opens the matching member by being inserted into an inlet hole.
