PURPOSE: A solar fan charge bicycle headlight is provided to prevent burglaries by using a power pin for blocking power. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight storage battery(240) is mounted on the center of a sunlight celebration controller(250). An LED is formed in the front side of the sunlight storage battery. A back mirror(140) reflects LED light. A bracket member(400) connects a main clip. A power pin(200) blocks power.
