<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer tube and bush structure capable of preventing an influence of welding deflection to a sliding surface with an inner tube even in the case of welding a member to the periphery of the outer tube. <P>SOLUTION: This damper D includes: the outer tube 1; the inner tube 2 inserted into the outer tube 1; a partitioning member 3 provided in the inner tube 2 to partition a space formed in the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 into a liquid chamber R1 on an inner tube 2 side and a liquid chamber R2 on an outer tube 1 side; a free piston 4 formed in the inner tube 2 to partition a gas chamber G facing the liquid chamber R1 on the inner tube 2 side; and a damping passage 5 provided in the partitioning member 3, communicating both the liquid chambers R1 and R2, to give resistance to a liquid flow. In the damper D, two annular bushes 6 and 7 are provided to be fixed to the inner periphery of the outer tube 1 with an interval in the axial direction and to be brought into slide-contact with the outer periphery of the inner tube 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
