PURPOSE: An oil heating device for a drum-type ship is provided to maximize heat efficiency by improving thermal conductivity and to simplify structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: An oil heating device for a drum-type ship comprises a housing(2), a heating tube(5), a steam inlet pipe(6), and a steam outlet pipe(7). The housing comprises multiple a through-hole(3a,4a), a disc-shaped upper plate(3), and a lower plate(4). The heating tube penetrates through the housing so that oil in a ship oil tank can pass through the heating tube. The upper end of the heating tube is fixed in the through-hole of the upper plate to be penetrated upward. The lower end of the heating tube is fixed in the through-hole of the lower plate to be protruded downward. The steam inlet pipe supplies high temperature steam into the housing. The steam outlet pipe discharges the steam heat-exchanged in the housing.
