FILTER HAVING IMPROVED PERMEABILITY AND HYDROPHOBIC PROPERTY AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A filter with improved air permeability and hydrophobicity and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to ensure the pre-determined sizes of mesh holes by irregularly forming the shapes and the thicknesses of fluorine resin coating layers. CONSTITUTION: A filter(100) includes a permeable polymer mesh(110) and fluorine resin coating layers(116). Holes(114) of pre-determined sizes and arrays are formed at the polymer mesh by weaving polymer resin-based monofilaments(112) in the shape of grid. Fluorine rein coating layers of irregular shapes and thicknesses are coated on the monofilaments. The fluorine resin coating layers are formed by melting fluorine resin powder remaining on the monofilaments and bonding adjacent fluorine resin powder.
