The bracket 1 comprises a foot portion 5, the foot portion including at least one through-bore, hole or aperture for receiving a fixing fastener. The bracket also includes an elastomeric insulating pad 8 below the foot to create a thermal break between the bracket and the underlying structure 6 which the bracket is secured to in use. The insulating pad being releasably secured or securable to the foot by means of at least one integral grommet 9, each grommet or eyelet being extendable through a respective through-bore in the foot of the bracket and to which a respective fastener 7 may be pre-loaded. The upper part of the pad has a profile corresponding to the underside of the foot of the bracket and the lower side of the pad is substantially flat to maximise the area of contact with the underlying structure. |
