<p>[Problems] A novel ingredient having an action of inhibiting neuropathic pain is disclosed, and a novel drug for inhibiting neuropathic pain by which this ingredient can be effectively utilized is obtained. [Solving means] A drug for inhibiting neuropathic pain containing, as an active ingredient, one or more kinds of ascorbic acid derivatives including an L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid ester which is represented by Chemical formula 1, and in which a phosphoric acid ester part has a branched alkyl group, or an organic salt thereof or an inorganic salt thereof.
