PURPOSE: A multiple interference type noise reducer and a multiple interference type device for reducing noise and shock using the same are provided to reduce noise generated in a road by maximizing the interference space of the noise. CONSTITUTION: A multiple interference type noise reducer(10) comprises a support plate(11), a coupling cap(12), a hub(13), and multiple interference wings. The support plate is vertically positioned at the top of one side of the coupling cap and has first, second, and third convex portions. The coupling cap is coupled to the top end of a soundproof wall. The hub is formed on one side of the support plate and is coupled to a fastening bar(20) with a shock absorbing function. The interference wings are formed on one surface of the support plate and reduce noise through interference.
