<p>PURPOSE: A reinforced glass plate and a reinforced glass manufacturing method for touch panel are provided to progress a substrate forming process by original glass unit. CONSTITUTION: An original glass having reinforced depth is reinforced(ST200). An edge area is half etched deeper than the reinforced depth(ST210). The edge area is divided into a cell glass unit on a surface of the original glass. A substrate forming process including a transparent electrode formation process is performed(ST220).
