摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery in which a superior initial discharge capacity can be obtained by suppressing decomposition of an electrolyte solution and internal resistance is sufficiently reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method to manufacture a lithium ion secondary battery having an anode, cathode, separator, electrolyte solution, and a case to house these, and comprises a process to prepare the electrolyte solution containing an organic solvent having an oxyethylenic group, a process to prepare the anode containing graphite and a compound having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group, a process to arrange the separator between the anode and the cathode, a process to house the anode, the cathode, and the separator in the case, a process to fill the electrolyte solution into the case, a process to obtain a battery structure by sealing the case, and a process to cover a part of the surface of the graphite with a polymer compound by charging the battery structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
