PURPOSE: A driver circuit of a single-phase brushless motor is provided to implement low costs by omitting a test for applying magnetic field in an IC. CONSTITUTION: A driving signal generation circuit has a non-conductive unit. The non-conductive unit does not supply a first driving current and a second driver current to a driving coil(9). The second driver current flows against the first driving current. An output circuit(20) supplies the first or the second driver current to the driving coil according to the driving signal. A zero cross detection circuit detects the zero-cross of an induced voltage generated in the driving coil.
