BEARING ASSEMBLY AND MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to improve the hardness of a bearing and to maximize the rotation characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A first magnet(112) is provided to a shaft(110). A sleeve(120) faces a first magnet in order to support the shaft. A second magnet(122) is provided to the sleeve. A base cover(130) seals the lower part of the sleeve. The base cover has magnetism for maintaining regularly the rotation height of the shaft.
