PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus is provided to extend a freedom degree in board mounting with an apparatus by mounting a free slot on an electronic circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A first monitoring control unit(B4) converts a reception parameter of a first transmission and reception circuit unit in order to convert a reception state into a restricted state in a first parameter setting unit. The first monitoring control unit notifies a purpose to a host control apparatus when the reception state is not converted into the restricted state. The host control apparatus determines a channel in order to convert the reception state of the electronic circuit board into the restricted state in a channel. The host control apparatus indicates the conversion of a transmission parameter to a switch processing board. A second monitoring control unit(C4) of the switch processing board converts the transmission parameter of a second transmission and reception circuit unit in a channel indicated from the host control apparatus in a second parameter setting unit.
