METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a ceramic substrate is provided to simplify a manufacturing process of the ceramic substrate by plasticizing the ceramic substrate after cutting a separation line of the ceramic substrate in advance. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic plate with a rectangular cavity is prepared(S1). A separation line corresponding to a long side of a lattice is cut. A separation line corresponding to a short side of the lattice is partially cut. The ceramic plate is plasticized(S4). An individual ceramic substrate is separated from the separation line(S5).
