PURPOSE: A liposommal-microstructure containing liposome and a method for preparing the same are provided to efficiently deliver drugs through the skin. CONSTITUTION: A liposomal-microstructure has a skeletal substance with liposome containing a delivery drug. The liposome contains trehalose, glucose, maltose, lactose, lactulose, fructose, turanose, melitose, melezitose, dextran, sorbitol, xylitol, palatinit or mannitol as a stabilizer. The liposome also contains a thickener which enhances viscosity and monomer copolymers. |
