PURPOSE: A specialist list supplying system is provided to easily search for information of high reliability in an intranet or a social network by distinguishing real specialist. CONSTITUTION: A knowledge resource collector(1200) collects social network information collected from a social network service. A knowledge network configuration unit(1300) generates normalized common metadata. The knowledge network configuration unit analyzes the associative relationship of common meta data. A knowledge network analyzer(1400) analyzes activity conditions of the social network information.
