PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by having a structure in which an emitter layer and a back surface field layer are identically formed. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a silicon semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type. A first impurity having a second conductivity type opposite to the first conductivity type is doped on an emitter layer. The emitter layer is located on one side of the substrate. A plurality of front surface finger lines(140) touch the emitter layer. A back surface field layer is located on the other side of the substrate and is doped with a second impurity having the first conductivity type. A plurality of rear surface finger lines(170) touch the back surface field layer. The emitter layer comprises a first area which touches the front surface finger lines and a second area having lower doping concentration than that of the first area.
