PURPOSE: A heat insulator cover for a pipe is provided to insulate a low external temperature of an outer wall of a body unit conducted to a pipe again by a buffer space between an inner wall of the body unit and the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulator cover for a pipe comprises a plurality of body units(20,20') and an elastic member(30). The body unit comprises a dual wall and a heat insulating material(26). An internal space is formed in between the dual walls composed of an outer wall(21) and an inner wall(22). The insulating material is embedded in the internal space. One end of the elastic member is joined to predetermined positions of the inner walls of each body unit and the other end of the elastic member is pressed and settled to the outer peripheral surface. Both side ends(23,23') of each body unit are joined to each other by one or more joining pieces, thereby being formed into an integrated body.
