PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to minimize power consumption for driving and to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(110) includes a first magnet(115). A sleeve(120) supports the shaft. The sleeve includes a second magnet(125). A hydrodynamic portion(122) is formed in at least one of the shaft and the sleeve. The hydrodynamic portion provides dynamic pressure through oil. A thrust plate(130) is combined with a shaft between the first and second magnets and the hydrodynamic portion. The thrust plate generates dynamic pressure through oil.
