PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of molding concavo-convex on the surface of a monofilament is provided to apply the monofilament to a cosmetic brush and to adsorb foundation powder on the surface of the brush. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus capable of molding concavo-convex on the surface of a monofilament comprises: a driving moor(30) for driving a forward pressing roller(20) at the back side of the apparatus body; a guide roller which guides the extended monofilament(40) in a pressing roller direction; and an elasticity plate for applying elasticity. The pressing roller is divided into upper/lower rollers(21)(22). The optimal pressure for forming concavo-convex of the upper and lower rollers is 15-80Kgf/cm^2. The interval between the upper and lower rollers is 0.2 mm.
