PURPOSE: An ABS(Antilock Braking System) sensor ring for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of molds by using only three molds for one time of blanking and two times of bending. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an ABS sensor ring for a vehicle comprises the steps of: die-cutting a steel plate into a doughnut shape; bending the doughnut shaped intermediate material with a press into a staple-type sectional shape including an inner peripheral portion(12), a connecting portion(14), and a flange portion(16); and forming a sensor hole(15) in the connecting portion with a hobbing machine. |
