COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW TREATMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A combined sewer overflows(CSOs) treatment system is provided to maximize the efficiency of CSOs treatment and to minimize the area needed for installation of the system. CONSTITUTION: A CSOs treatment system includes a coagulating bath(10), a slanted plate-based precipitating unit, and a draining part(30). The coagulating bath forms floc on the basis of pollutants in CSOs. Particles of high specific gravities are precipitated and particles of low specific gravities become floc in the precipitating unit. Fine foreign materials are removed from the floc. The coagulating bath includes an inlet(14) and a circulating path(18). CSOs zigzaggedly pass through the circulating path.
