PURPOSE: A firewood combustion device and a hot blast heater using the same and a hot water boiler system are provided to enlarge a heat transfer area because a radiating plate is attached to a whole or a portion of both surfaces or one surface of the heat transfer area so that the efficiency of heat transfer is improved. CONSTITUTION: A firewood combustion device comprises a fuel inlet(1), a furnace(2), a vertical furnace(3), an upper airflue(4), a descending airflue(5), and a lower airflue(6). The upper part of the fuel inlet is an opened vertical hollow pipe and the lower part of the fuel inlet is connected to the furnace. The furnace connects the fuel inlet and the vertical furnace. The vertical furnace is vertically extended from the furnace higher than the fuel inlet. The upper airflue connects the vertical furnace and the descending airflue. The descending airflue connects the upper airflue and the lower airflue. The lower airflue connects the descending airflue and an outlet.
