PURPOSE: A system using spare time during a waiting time by recognizing key information by using a smart phone is provided to enable a user to enjoy entertainment during a short time, thereby enabling the user to eat a delicious food in a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: A key information registration module(11) reads information obtained through a reader or a camera. The key information registration module stores key information in a designated location. When a leisure application is executed, an operation scan module(12) scans whether or not the key information, which is obtained by the key information registration module, is existed. A main module(13) calls the operation scan module and confirms the registered key information.
