PURPOSE: An integral non-water blockage pipe is provided to prevent leakage due to malfunction of an opening and closing member by delivering driving force which rotates the opening and closing member. CONSTITUTION: An integral non-water blockage pipe comprises an opening and closing member(220) and a driving unit(240). The driving unit comprises a housing unit(246), a driving shaft(241), a first bevel gear(242), a second bevel gear(243), a driven shaft(244), a worm, and worm wheels(221). The housing unit is formed at the integral non-water blockage pipe. The driving shaft is rotatably installed to the housing unit. The first bevel gear is installed at the end of the driving shaft. The second bevel gear is engaged with the first bevel gear. The second bavel gear is installed at one end of the driving shaft.
