PURPOSE: A real-time observer model calculation system of a fixing layer absorption process and method thereof are provided to accurately predict state distribution in an absorption bed where a measurement sensor is not installed by measuring temperatures, pressures, and flux output rates in a specific location in real time. CONSTITUTION: An absorption bed model unit(100) calculates an absorption bed model by calculating the state distribution of a gaseous mixture by integrally calculating a non-linear state space model. A lattice update unit(200) updates the number and position of a mathematical model lattice based on a space solution of the calculated states. A gain estimation unit(300) calculates estimation equation coefficient by using the calculated state as an independent variable. An observer gain unit(400) determines the size of elements in a gain matrix based on the state value and the estimation equation coefficient.
