PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to prevent bending of a substrate by performing a tabbing task at low temperatures using a conductive adhesive film. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar cells comprises a substrate and an electrode unit. An inter-connector(120) comprises a conductive core and a conductive oxidation protection layer. The inter-connector electrically connects neighboring solar cells. A conductive adhesive film(160) is arranged between the electrode unit and the inter-connector. The conductive adhesive film electrically connects the electrode unit and the inter-connector.
