PROPULSION APPARATUS FOR SHIP AND SHIP HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A propulsion device and a ship with the same are provided to reduce sections where lubricant is necessary without using an outer shaft and to minimize problems on lubricant by simplifying a lubricant feeding line. CONSTITUTION: A propulsion device for a ship comprises a driving shaft(10), a rear propeller(20), a front propeller(30), and sealing devices(90,110). The driving shaft has a lubricant feeding path(120) inside thereof. The rear propeller is fixed on the driving shaft. The front propeller is rotatably installed on the driving shaft in front of the rear propeller. The sealing devices seal a gap between a front propeller hub(31) and a rear propeller hub(21). Lubricant fed to the lubricant feeding path is supplied to the sealing devices after penetrating through the rear propeller hub.
