METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TRANSPARENT SUBSTRATE FOR TOUCHSCREEN PANEL USING MOLD CASTING AND THE TRANSPARENT SUBSTRATE FOR TOUCHSCREEN PANEL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A transparent substrate for TSP(Touch Screen Panel) and a method thereof, by using mold casting are provided to facilitate carrying and handling it easier while manufacturing, by using a transparent substrate which weighs one third of a tempered glass transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: A bottom mold is prepared(S110). A gasket is connected to the bottom of molding surface edge(S120). A top mold which is equipped with a material instilling part is connected to the gasket of the bottom mold(S130). The high molecule material of a transparent substrate is injected through the top mold's material instilling part(S140). A transparent plastic substrate is manufactured by solidifying the high molecule material(S150). At least one surface of the solidified material is covered by glass coating.
