PURPOSE: A juicer is provided to obtain the optimum juicing rate proper to food characteristics by preventing residue from easily leaking. CONSTITUTION: A juicer comprise a housing, a mesh drum, a screw(300), and a housing cover. A discharge port for juice is formed at one lower side of the housing. The housing comprises an inner space. The mesh drum is inserted into the inner space, and a grinding unit and discharge net are formed. The screw is inserted into the mesh drum, and horizontally rotates around a rotary rod. A plurality of screw helixes is formed on the outer circumference of the rotary rod. A soft elastic member is mounted between a cylindrical shut off unit and the end of the screw. |
